IIBI holds online quiz on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code from Apr 16 to May 15 New Delhi, April 18 (KNN) The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) is currently hosting its 3rd National online quiz on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 from April 16 to May 15 in association with MyGov, a government run citizen engagement portal.

The objective behind hosting the quiz is to promote awareness and understanding of the Code among various stakeholders across the country.

The Quiz is open to Indian citizens aged 18 years and above as on 16 April, 2022.

Individuals working in IBBI and BSE Investors Protection Fund (permanent and contractual), service providers under the IBC and registered with IBBI and also their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the quiz.

Winners will be rewarded from a range of Rs 25,000 to Rs 100,000 depending on their ranking.

Ten consolation prizes of Rs 10,000 will be given each to the next best performers and the top 10 per cent performers will be awarded with Certificate of Merit.

The IBC 2016 laid down a collective mechanism for resolution of insolvencies in the country by maintaining a delicate balance for all stakeholders to preserve the economic value of the process in a time bound manner. (KNN Bureau)
