‘Comply wholeheartedly’: Delhi HC pulls up Twitter on affidavit on new IT rules #IndiaNEWS
The Delhi High Court on Wednesday objected to an affidavit filed by Twitter where the social media platform submitted that it had appointed a chief compliance officer and a resident grievance officer in India, Live Law reported. Twitter had submitted the affidavit in connection with a case where it has been accused of violating the Centre’s new information technology rules.
